Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the conditions for use of the travel, transportation, vehicle arrangement, and sightseeing-related services (the “Services”) provided by Wazawa International Exchange Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Services, customers (“Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Company in connection with the use of the Services.

Article 2 (Description of Services)

The Company arranges and provides the following services:

Domestic sightseeing and travel-related services within Japan
Airport transfer services and arrangements for private or chartered vehicles
Sightseeing tours and experience programs
Reservation arrangements for accommodations, restaurants, and related facilities
Other services incidental to travel

The Company may provide the Services through partner service providers depending on the nature of the Services.

Article 3 (Formation of Contract)

A service contract shall be deemed concluded when the User makes a reservation or application using the method designated by the Company and the Company confirms the reservation.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment Methods)

Service fees shall be as stated on each service page or in individual notifications.
Payment methods shall be credit card payment or bank transfer.
Payment must be completed by the deadline specified by the Company.

Article 5 (Cancellations and Refunds)

Due to the nature of the Services, cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted after a reservation has been confirmed.

If a separate cancellation policy is specified for an individual service, such policy shall take precedence.

Article 6 (Changes or Suspension of Services)

The Company may be required to change or suspend the Services due to weather conditions, traffic situations, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, the Company will respond in good faith according to the circumstances.

Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Providing false or misleading information
Infringing upon the rights or interests of the Company or third parties
Interfering with the operation of the Services

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Any issues arising from services provided by partner service providers shall be handled under the responsibility of the relevant provider.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company shall properly handle Users’ personal information in accordance with its separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Amendments to the Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms as necessary.
The amended Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Company’s website.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
