Payment Deadline

Credit card payment: Payment is completed at the time of order.
Convenience store / Pay-easy / Online banking payments:
Payment must be completed within the specified period after placing the order.
Orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed by the deadline.

Service Delivery Time

Services will be provided on the reserved date and time as stated on each product or service page.

For advance reservation services, the service will be provided within three (3) months after the order date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund conditions are stated on each product page or booking screen.
Refunds may not be available after the cancellation deadline.

Payment Amount Limit

For convenience store payments, the maximum payment amount per transaction is less than JPY 300,000.
Payments of JPY 300,000 or more are not supported.
