For one-day tour products and two-day tour products, free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.

For hotel products, free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellations After the Free Cancellation Period

We will assess the applicable cancellation fees based on the specific dates and notify you accordingly regarding any eligible refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
