Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Reservation and Confirmation
All accommodation bookings are subject to final confirmation.
A reservation shall be deemed not confirmed until written confirmation (such as email confirmation, system-generated booking confirmation, etc.) has been received.
Requests regarding room type, bed type, view, floor level, smoking/non-smoking preference, or similar items are considered preferences only and are subject to the hotel’s final arrangement. Such requests cannot be guaranteed and shall not be considered binding conditions.
2. Rates and Charges
Room rates generally include accommodation charges and clearly stated applicable taxes.
Unless otherwise specified, the following items are not included:
- Breakfast (unless included in the booked room plan)
- Local city tax, hot spring tax, resort tax
- Mini-bar, laundry, parking, room service, and other personal expenses
Hotels reserve the right to reasonably adjust prices due to exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes, or policy updates; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
3. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are subject to the information shown on the booking page or booking confirmation, including but not limited to credit card pre-authorization, online payment, or on-site payment.
For bookings secured by credit card guarantee or pre-authorization, the hotel reserves the right to place a pre-authorization hold or charge the card prior to arrival or in the event of cancellation.
If a booking fails or is cancelled due to invalid credit card information or insufficient credit limit, the guest shall bear full responsibility.
4. Cancellation and Modification Policy
The cancellation and modification deadline is 10 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellations or changes made within 10 days of arrival will incur cancellation fees in accordance with each hotel’s specific cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made within the free cancellation period are generally not charged
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges of the first night’s room rate or the full stay amount, depending on hotel policy
Early departure or reduction in the number of nights is typically treated as a cancellation of the unused portion, and no refund will be provided.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in time is after 15:00, and standard check-out time is before 10:00–11:00, subject to hotel policy.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability on the day of arrival/departure and may incur additional charges.
Failure to check in within the hotel’s designated time without prior notice may be considered a no-show.
6. Guest Information and Age Policy
The guest name must match the booking information.
Guests are required to present a valid identification document or passport upon check-in.
Accommodation of minors must comply with local laws and hotel policies. Some hotels may require a legal guardian’s accompaniment or written authorization.
Extra beds, child policies, and maximum occupancy limits are subject to individual hotel regulations.
7. Special Requests and Remarks
Special requests such as connecting rooms, accessible rooms, or baby cribs must be submitted in advance; however, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.
Due to maintenance, force majeure, or government requirements, certain facilities may be temporarily unavailable. The hotel shall not be liable for additional compensation in such cases.
8. Force Majeure
In the event that a booking cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, war, strikes, or transportation disruptions, the hotel and booking platform will assist with rescheduling or cancellation based on actual circumstances but shall not bear further liability or compensation.
9. Liability and Disclaimer
The hotel and booking platform shall not be responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings during the stay, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Any loss, fines, or third-party claims arising from the guest’s own actions shall be borne solely by the guest.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the location where the hotel is situated.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek resolution through friendly consultation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court with jurisdiction at the hotel’s location.

Vehicle Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Service Description
This product is a private vehicle service in Japan and not a shared service.
Upon successful booking and confirmation, one vehicle with one driver will be arranged exclusively for your use.
Service types include, but are not limited to:
- Airport transfers
- City charter services
- One-day or multi-day private charters
2. Vehicle Type, Passenger Capacity & Luggage
Each vehicle type has a recommended passenger capacity and luggage allowance.
Please select the appropriate vehicle based on the actual number of passengers and the size/quantity of luggage.
If the selected vehicle cannot accommodate the passengers or luggage due to improper selection, an on-site upgrade, vehicle change, or additional charges may be required.
3. Luggage Policy
Luggage standards are subject to the specifications stated on the product page.
Please inform us in advance if you will be carrying oversized luggage (e.g. suitcases larger than 28 inches), strollers, golf bags, large musical instruments, or similar items.
If luggage exceeds the stated allowance, additional charges or a vehicle upgrade may be required.
4. Airport Transfer Service (If Applicable)
Airport pick-up arrangements are based on the actual flight landing time.
In case of flight delay or changes, please contact us promptly via WhatsApp / WeChat / LINE.
Driver waiting time is subject to local operating regulations.
Extended waiting time may incur additional waiting charges.
5. Charter / Multi-Day Service (If Applicable)
Charter services are provided according to the agreed service duration and route scope.
Additional charges may apply if there is:
- Overtime usage
- Exceeding the agreed service area
- Temporary or on-the-spot itinerary changes
Actual travel time and routes may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, or other external factors.
6. Required Information at Booking
To ensure smooth vehicle arrangement, please provide the following information in the order remarks:

- Flight number (for airport transfer services)
- A reachable WhatsApp / WeChat / LINE contact number
7. Driver & Communication
Drivers are professional local Japanese drivers and can communicate in basic English.
For Chinese-language assistance, please use online translation tools or contact our customer service team for support.
8. Pricing & Additional Charges
All prices displayed are per vehicle, not per person.
Whether highway tolls, parking fees, or road charges are included depends on the specific product details shown on the booking page.
Additional charges may apply for late-night / early-morning service, overtime usage, or other special circumstances.
9. Itinerary Changes & Cancellation
For itinerary changes, please contact customer service as early as possible for confirmation.
Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or failure to appear at the agreed time may result in non-refundable charges or additional fees.
Travel Product Booking Information
Booking Restrictions
I. Participant Restrictions (Safety Notice)
- For safety reasons, pregnant travelers are not permitted to book this product. Thank you for your understanding.
- This itinerary involves a relatively high level of activity. Please ensure that all participants are in good physical condition and suitable for travel.
II. Age Restrictions
- If any participant is 70 years old or above (inclusive), at least one accompanying family member or companion aged between 18 and 69 is required.
- Due to service limitations, this itinerary cannot accommodate infants (from 14 days old to under 2 years old).
- For safety reasons, participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler.
III. Other Restrictions & Authorization
- For group bookings, the booking party / traveler representative confirms that consent has been obtained from all participants and acts as the authorized contracting representative for this trip.
- The signature of the authorized representative on the travel contract and its attachments shall be deemed as recognized and accepted by all entrusted travelers.
- Please do not place bookings or sign contracts on behalf of others without proper authorization.
- To ensure the safety of minors, it is recommended that they travel with a legal guardian; if the guardian cannot accompany them, accompanying travelers are advised to carry a guardian authorization letter.
Important Notes Before Booking
I. Tour Confirmation
- The minimum group size is 6 participants.
- If the tour has not been confirmed 30 days prior to departure, the platform will contact you via SMS to ask whether you wish to continue waiting.
- For bookings made within 30 days of departure, tour operation is not guaranteed. Please wait patiently for confirmation or select a departure date that has already been confirmed.
- Before tour confirmation, cancellations by either the traveler or the travel agency will not incur any liability.
- After the tour is confirmed, cancellations will be handled in accordance with the terms of the travel contract.
II. Group Size Limit
- Each group is limited to a maximum of 9 participants (including children occupying seats).
- If the actual number of travelers exceeds the stated limit and is verified, 10% of the total order amount will be compensated.
III. Shared Tour Arrangement
- This product is a shared group tour.
- Provided that service content and standards remain unchanged, travelers may share vehicles and tour arrangements with guests from other travel agencies.
- By submitting an order, you are deemed to have accepted the shared tour arrangement and unified itinerary management.
IV. Tour Notification
- No later than one day before departure, you will receive a Tour Confirmation Notice or a confirmation call from service staff. Please keep your phone accessible.
- The meeting time shall be subject to the information stated in the Tour Confirmation Notice or the final notification from service staff.
Accommodation & Room Policy (If Applicable)
- This product does not offer room-sharing arrangements.
- Prices are based on two adults sharing one room. Please select the required number of rooms or the single supplement option accordingly.
- Due to hotel policies and accommodation considerations, triple rooms or three adults sharing one room cannot be arranged.
- If two adults are traveling with two or more children, please book two rooms.
- For single travelers, some hotels may arrange a single room with a single bed.
Itinerary Adjustments & Force Majeure
- If the contract is terminated due to force majeure or circumstances that cannot be avoided despite the travel agency having fulfilled its reasonable obligations, neither party shall bear liability.
- In the event of traveler delay caused by such circumstances, the travel agency will assist with arrangements. Additional accommodation and meal costs shall be borne by the traveler; additional return transportation costs shall be shared reasonably by both parties.
- During the actual tour, without reducing the number of attractions and with the traveler’s consent, tour staff may adjust the order of visits or meeting times due to weather or traffic conditions to ensure smooth operation.
- If attractions cannot be visited due to force majeure, alternatives may be arranged, or refunds may be issued based on the ticket prices listed in the product (not the official on-site prices).
Shopping & Optional Activities
I. Shopping Policy
- This product does not include any shopping activities and involves no compulsory consumption.
- If unauthorized shopping activities are added and verified, compensation will be paid at 10% of the total tour price multiplied by the number of added shopping stops.
II. Optional Activities
- During the tour, staff may recommend optional activities (such as local transportation within scenic areas, performances, or experience tickets). Participation is entirely voluntary, with no forced consumption.
- Seasonal plant-based scenery (such as cherry blossoms or autumn leaves) may be affected by weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
Transportation & Pick-up Service
- Vehicles or service staff may change during the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
- Free pick-up areas include hotels near Shinjuku, Asakusa, Ueno, Akihabara, Ginza, and Tokyo Tower.
- For locations outside the pick-up range, please consult customer service or proceed independently to the designated meeting point.
Breach of Contract (Summary)

- If the travel agency terminates the contract before departure, all fees will be refunded and liquidated damages will be paid as follows:

- If the traveler cancels before departure, necessary fees will be deducted as follows:

Travel Safety & Legal Notice
- Please carry valid identification documents at all times. Eligibility for discounts will be assessed on site.
- Vehicles in Japan drive on the left-hand side; please pay attention to traffic safety.
- Fingerprint collection and facial photography are required upon entry into Japan, and immigration officers may ask questions regarding your visit.
- Please comply with local laws and regulations. Trading or carrying endangered wildlife products is strictly prohibited.
- Participate in hot springs, outdoor, or high-risk activities according to your personal condition.
- Please take good care of your personal belongings and avoid displaying valuables in public places.
